Requirements
- Required
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environment
- Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make sound decisions
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Commitment to workplace health and safety
- Successful completion of a C-TPAT background check
- Preferred
- Post-secondary education in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- Experience using RF scanning technology and/or SAP
- Knowledge of C-TPAT requirements and Ontario Health & Safety legislation
- Continuous Improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma experience
- First Aid certification
- Forklift operating experience

The compensation for this role is between $64,800 - $85,000 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
