DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES | About the role This role will report to the Regional HR Director Southern Europe and will support the execution of the HR agenda across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Israel. You will work closely with the Regional HR Director, local HR Advisors and business leaders to ensure consistency in HR practices, employee experience and people processes across the region. Acting as a key liaison between the local HR teams and the Regional HR Director, you will contribute to the successful implementation of HR priorities, talent initiatives and organizational projects while ensuring alignment with both global and local requirements. As an HR Manager Mediterranean Region , you will: Act as the primary coordination point between the Regional HR Director Southern Europe and the local HR Advisors across Italy, Spain, Portugal and Israel. Support the implementation of the regional HR strategy and people priorities across the Mediterranean region. Advise managers on HR-related matters, providing guidance on performance management, employee relations, employee development and organizational effectiveness. Build trusted relationships with employees and managers to foster engagement, support change initiatives and promote a positive employee experience. Partner with local HR Advisors to ensure effective delivery of employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, benefits administration and HR compliance. Collaborate with the Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to support workforce planning, recruitment activities and talent acquisition initiatives across the region. Support the Regional HR Director in the rollout of HR programs, policies and initiatives, ensuring alignment with local business needs and country-specific regulations. Drive and coordinate regional projects related to employee engagement, talent management, learning and development, diversity and inclusion, and organizational effectiveness. Coordinate Performance Review, Talent Review and Learning & Development processes across the region, partnering with local HR teams and business leaders. Monitor employment law developments and HR best practices across the countries within scope, escalating risks and recommendations where appropriate. Support employee relations matters and act as an escalation point for complex people-related situations. Ensure HR data accuracy and compliance within Workday and other HR systems, working closely with local HR teams. Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics and insights to support decision-making and regional planning. Champion the implementation of global HR policies and processes while ensuring compliance with local regulations and business requirements. Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing among the local HR teams to ensure consistency and best practice across the Mediterranean region. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE | About you The ideal HR Manager Mediterranean Region : University Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law or a related field. Fluent in English, Spanish and Italian, both verbal and written. Minimum of 6 years of progressive HR experience within a multinational environment. Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Advisor. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices in at least one of the countries within scope; exposure to multi-country environments is highly desirable. Experience coordinating HR activities across multiple locations, countries or business units. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within international and virtual teams. Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience with Workday or similar HRIS platforms. Adept at handling sensitive and confidential situations. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
