Job Title: Adoption Team Manager Location: Seaham Pay Rate: £37.66 per hour Liquid Personnel is recruiting Children's Social Worker Team Manager to join its client's Adoption Team, based in Seaham . This exciting opportunity with Durham's Adoption Service involves co-leading two adoption teams, driving performance and service improvements. The role includes acting as Panel Advisor and quality assuring Stage 2 adoption assessments, requiring strong expertise in adoption practice. What will your responsibilities be? Work collaboratively with the other Adoption Team Manager to manage performance and lead service development. Act as Panel Advisor, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and best practice. Quality assure Stage 2 adoption assessments to maintain high standards. Drive forward current developments in adoption and oversee areas such as Access to Records and Non-Agency Adoption. Provide leadership and support to team members, fostering a positive and high-performing culture.
