The people you'll like to work with and things you'll enjoy impacting: As a Senior AI Business Analyst reporting to the Head of Program Management, you'll be at the centre of one of the most ambitious transformation programmes in the industry. Map how Booksy operates today, identify where AI creates the biggest leverage, and build the roadmap to get there - with full executive sponsorship behind you. Specifically, you will: Surface Opportunities: Conduct structured discovery sessions across various departments to map real workflows and spot high-value AI transformation candidates. Design Solutions: Gather business and technical requirements, producing clear process maps, user stories, and functional specs usable by both engineers and commercial leaders. Bridge the Gap: Partner with Engineering, Data, and functional AI Captains to turn ambitions into prototype solutions and deliver agentic workflows. Track Impact: Maintain our global AI Initiative Tracker, ensuring all metrics, project baselines, and company-wide ROI figures are accurate and clear. Drive Adoption: Act as a vital link between program governance and execution, mapping out adoption blockers - whether technical or behavioral, and helping functions scale up their AI capabilities. Stay Ahead: Stay current with developments in Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation that are relevant to Booksy's operating context. Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you're going to need... Strong BA Foundations: Proven experience as a Senior Business or Process Analyst handling end-to-end discovery and process mapping in complex environments. Transformation Experience: Demonstrated background supporting digital transformation, automation, or technology change initiatives. Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with a proven track record of managing difficult rooms, challenging assumptions, and driving alignment without formal authority. Hands-on AI Application: Direct, practical experience utilizing Generative AI, LLMs, or Intelligent Automation tools - not just general awareness. Agentic Process Design: A solid understanding of how to structure, optimize, and map out workflows specifically for autonomous AI execution. Multitasking Agility: The capability to comfortably lead workshops and manage multiple fast-moving discovery workstreams simultaneously across diverse functions. Fluent English at C1 level or above. You must be able to lead conversations with international stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language. It will also help you to have... Experience working within a fast-paced Marketplace, SaaS, or platform business structure. Background collaborating inside a centralized transformation office or a cross-functional program environment. Familiarity with AI adoption frameworks or hands-on experience contributing to technology ROI models. We're proudly distributed across the globe, with each market being remote-first.
