Spreetail is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Success Specialist to support our Account Management Team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving performance. In this role, you'll handle day-to-day operations such as order management, delivery coordination, returns and reships, and maintaining customer data, while also serving as a key point of contact for escalations from platform partners.
