- Willingness to travel and work on remote sites for extended periods
- A hands-on electrician who enjoys solving problems on the tools
- Practical, reliable, and safety-focused
- Confident working independently but happy to be part of a broader team

The purpose of this position is to provide electrical support for the mobilisation, commissioning, maintenance, and demobilisation of Heidelberg Materials Australia's Mobile Concrete Plant fleet. The role ensures compliance with all relevant Mines and Quarry Work Health and Safety Regulations, AS/NZS standards, and company policies, while maximizing operational efficiency and safety. The employee must be able to travel to remote locations for multiple days or weeks as required.
