Requirements

- Experience supporting force account construction activities is required.
- Experience working in active railroad or transit environments with direct coordination of operations, dispatch, and field crews is required.
- Strong understanding of construction management, budgeting, scheduling, and change management processes.
- Experience with track outages, possession planning, or work window coordination is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with FRA regulations, roadway worker protection (RWP), and railroad operating rules is highly desirable.
- Experience supporting testing, commissioning, and systems integration activities is a plus.

This position will be based at the Program Management Office in Newark, New Jersey, with an in-office schedule of Monday through Wednesday. Candidates should also be comfortable traveling throughout New York City and New Jersey to support project sites, stakeholder meetings, and field activities as needed.
