Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously across a range of clients and product lines, ensuring delivery that meets scope, schedule, and budget expectations.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks and ensure compliance with applicable industry standards and company practices.
  • Maintains clear, proactive communication with customers and collaborates closely with Key Account Managers to ensure alignment on project goals, expectations, and issue resolution
  • Drives growth within the assigned office or territory by partnering closely with the Commercial Team to identify opportunities, expand service offerings, and support strategic business development initiatives.
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Civil Engineering is strongly preferred.
  • PMP certification required -must either currently hold the certification or be actively working toward completion.
  • EIT or PE certification highly recommended ; candidates with a PE license or actively pursuing PE licensure are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and product lines effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience collecting, evaluating, and reporting technical data for water and sewer infrastructure projects.
  • Effective communicator with experience collaborating with customers, internal teams, and Key Account Managers.
  • Financial acumen, including project financial forecasting and gross margin management .
  • Growth‑ and change‑oriented mindset , with the ability to drive improvement, support expansion efforts, and adapt to evolving business needs.

Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $109,800.00 - $164,600.00, depending on experience.
