Responsibilities

  • This Senior Director will serve as the strategic leader for the Business Operations team within the Office of the CBO. Reporting directly to the CBO, you will oversee the broader operational infrastructure and ensure the team is set up for global scale.

  • Operational Governance: Define and implement global business practices and systems optimizations to ensure seamless, consistent execution across all global GTM functions
  • Team Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability while driving the delivery of the organization's most critical strategic initiatives

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in Consulting, Business Planning, or Strategy/Operations, specifically within SaaS
  • Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams for complex, cross-functional execution
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, budget management, and creating scalable business frameworks
