To learn more, please visit our website . ๐Ÿš€ Your Role at a Glance: The key ways you'll bring value to the team Partner with product and design teams to identify opportunities and lead an engineering team in delivering outcomes Drive technical excellence in mapping business requirements to code using best practices in cloud infrastructure, deployment automation, and security Balance team capacity between strategic improvements and essential maintenance work Foster a culture of technical excellence through mentorship and coaching Create sustainable processes for cross-team collaboration and knowledge sharing Maintain and regularly update long-term capacity planning ๐Ÿ”จ What Makes You a Great Fit Proven track record of software engineering and engineering management experience at scale Strong technical background in cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and distributed systems Experience with AWS services, infrastructure as code, and container orchestration platforms Track record of successful cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management Experience with capacity planning and resource allocation across multiple work streams Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance requirements Previous experience in fintech or financial services is a plus Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience What is important to point out is that you can do most or all of the above mentioned and can point to your real experience doing it.
