About the role

Neros is a defense technology company building America's drone industrial base. We design and manufacture high-performance unmanned systems that are tested in combat, iterated at startup speed, and built at massive scale. Our team culture is fast, hands-on, and obsessed with closing the gap between design and deployment. As drones transform the character of warfare, Neros is delivering the systems America and its allies needs to compete on the modern battlefield and deter future conflicts, or else win them. We're building a lean Marketing organization of creatives and operators who want to move fast, take extreme ownership, build a brand from the ground up, and tell the Neros story.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end strategy, concepting, and production of brand activations and events, internally and externally
  • Own the strategy, outreach, and relationship management for brand partners
  • Own the strategy and vendor management for Neros' gifting and merchandising
  • Manage the event calendar and run of show for events
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordination
  • Support execution of events via planning, logistics, setup/ tear down, and in-person engagements
  • You should have the following
  • 3-5 years experience in brand activations and event production, preferably in defense, aerospace, robotics, tech, or hardware industries
  • Willingness and enthusiasm to travel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to concept, produce, and execute brand activations
  • Demonstrated ability keep logistics and people on track, on time, and well-orchestrated
  • Deep sense of ownership in how Neros' brand manifests in experiential moments and physical spaces
  • US Salary Range
  • $80,000 - $105,000 USD
