About the role
In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support for Finance and Technology business systems, including Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. You will manage vendor and contingent workforce processes, support quality assurance and user enablement activities, and partner with clients to improve workflows through automation, reporting, and data-driven solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage vendor onboarding, contract routing, and master service agreement support.
- Coordinate contingent worker and purchased services onboarding through applicable workforce systems.
- Create job requisitions and maintain contingent workforce records in Workday.
- Track purchased services invoices, rate changes, contract end dates, and related workforce updates.
- Review contingent worker and purchased services invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Perform quality assurance testing for Power Apps, Power BI reports, Power Automate workflows, and enterprise applications.
- Support user enablement activities for applications, reports, automated workflows, and document repositories.
- Develop data-centric Power BI reports and dashboards to support Finance and Technology operations.
- Create workforce-focused Power Automate workflows that improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Finance and Technology clients to identify, implement, and sustain process improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Relevant degree preferred.
- 5 or more years of relevant experience required.
- Experience supporting business systems, enterprise applications, reporting tools, or workflow automation platforms.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate, preferred.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Workday, or Microsoft Teams preferred.
- Strong analytical, quality assurance, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and process details.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional clients and technical teams.
