As a Senior Corporate Facilities Coordinator, you'll oversee facilities projects, manage requests and guide a team of Facilities Coordinators to ensure consistency as we continue to grow across North America. Position Responsibilities Oversee facilities projects across our 14 North American locations to ensure projects align with Uline's quality standards and business goals. Manage project requests using our internal systems to assign work items, monitor project deadlines and drive improvements. Train and develop 19+ Facilities Coordinators, providing guidance to ensure strong performance and efficient operations. Partner with other departments, documenting key project decisions to support execution and deliver timely updates. Maintain and distribute department reports, processes and procedures to ensure consistency across locations. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree. 3+ years of project management, architecture or related experience. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Available for travel and occasional early morning, evening and weekend projects.
