Responsibilities

  • Protect Patient Safety
  • Decontaminate, disinfect, and sterilize surgical instruments and equipment according to strict department and regulatory standards.

  • What to Expect Physically:
  • Sterile Processing is a hands-on, physically active role. Team members regularly:

  • Work in a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, organization, and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Previous sterile processing or healthcare experience is preferred, but not required.
  • We welcome motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in healthcare.
  • Certification (Preferred)
  • Candidates will be expected to obtain at least one of the following certifications within two years of hire:
  • International Association of Healthcare Central Service Material Management (IAHCSMM/HSPA)
  • Certified Board for Sterile Processing and Distribution (CBSPD)
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite and learning additional software as needed
