Responsibilities

• Location Preference:
• The role is onsite working; we are looking for team members to be located at our head office in New York City, with weekly in-office days at our office at 1460 Broadway.
• We have a truly global team - with members across Miami, New York, Philadelphia, Los Angeles, London, Nairobi, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, and Jakarta.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, consulting, product ops, finance, business operations, or startup leadership.
• Prior experience in high-growth startups or consulting + operating roles strongly preferred.
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and executive presence.
• Proven ability to drive cross-functional execution in ambiguous environments.
• Strong business judgment, problem-solving skills, and operational rigor.
• High emotional intelligence with strong stakeholder management.
