Job Responsibilities - Advanced Monitoring: Operating and interpreting data from mechanical ventilators, cardiac monitors, and dialysis machines. - Medication Administration: Safely delivering potent life-sustaining medications, such as vasopressors, and managing complex intravenous (IV) lines. - Collaborative Care: Working closely with intensivists (ICU doctors), respiratory therapists, and physiotherapists to execute and adjust patient care plans. - Patient Assessment: Meticulously tracking vital signs, neurological status, and metabolic levels (such as arterial blood gas, or ABG) to detect immediate changes in condition
