Supervisory Program Analyst

About the role

You will serve as a SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST in the SPARES AND FLEET LOGISTICS BRANCH (N4L5) of IMMEDIATE OFC OF CHIEF OF NVL OPS. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing and executing budgets at various level utilizing the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES); 2) Preparing and delivering effective presentations on logistics, supply chain management and Navy readiness issues; 3) Directing the development of reports, briefs, papers, and other products in support of senior level decision makers; 4) Assessing and improving processes and systems using qualitative and/or quantitative resources; 5) Setting administrative direction concerning project priorities and objectives.
