About the role

As a Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives-owning end-to-end execution while partnering with program leadership to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. You'll also play a key role in casting, aligning the right mix of skills and experience to each project and helping teams operate efficiently at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Lead projects end-to-end across initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Define project scope, success criteria, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and status reporting cadences
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, cost controls, and financial monitoring to support profitability
  • Support vendor payment coordination and assist in proposal creation as needed
  • Identify, document, and mitigate project risks through a formal risk register
  • Facilitate decision-making, change control processes, and stakeholder alignment across functions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage resource allocation, including casting for optimal team composition
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, delivering clear communication and executive-level reporting
  • Enforce project governance, documentation standards, and delivery quality practices
  • Monitor KPIs and champion continuous improvement practices to strengthen collaboration and execution
  • About You
  • Qualifications & Skills
  • 6+ years of project management experience in tech or software environments, including 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, with the ability to design and apply hybrid delivery models
  • Solid understanding of the SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines - enough to partner effectively with engineering teams
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Monday.com for project tracking, scheduling, and team collaboration
  • Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost controls, forecasting, and financial monitoring
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-facing communication and reporting
  • Comfortable working in AI-augmented environments, with familiarity with AI-powered tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents as part of day-to-day delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English

Requirements

  • Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2
  • Experience mentoring junior PMs and leading through influence in distributed/remote teams.
