About the role
As a Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives-owning end-to-end execution while partnering with program leadership to ensure projects meet quality standards, timelines, and client expectations. Responsibilities

- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and senior leadership, delivering clear communication and executive-level reporting
- Enforce project governance, documentation standards, and delivery quality practices
- Monitor KPIs and champion continuous improvement practices to strengthen collaboration and execution
- About You
- Qualifications & Skills
- 6+ years of project management experience in tech or software environments, including 3+ years in a senior or lead capacity
- Strong command of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall, with the ability to design and apply hybrid delivery models
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and CI/CD pipelines - enough to partner effectively with engineering teams
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Smartsheet, and Monday.com for project tracking, scheduling, and team collaboration
- Demonstrated experience with budget management, cost controls, forecasting, and financial monitoring
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including executive-facing communication and reporting
- Comfortable working in AI-augmented environments, with familiarity with AI-powered tools, automation workflows, or intelligent agents as part of day-to-day delivery
- Excellent written and verbal communication in both Spanish and English
Requirements
- Certifications such as PMP, SAFe Agilist, Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), or PRINCE2
- Experience mentoring junior PMs and leading through influence in distributed/remote teams.
