Position Summary We are seeking a Vice President to join our Tokyo-based investment team. As a key member of General Atlantic's Asia platform, the Vice President will play a central role in establishing and growing the firm's presence in Japan - leading investment processes end-to-end, shaping investment theses, and managing investments in high-growth Japanese companies. This is a rare opportunity to be a foundational member of GA's Japan Growth Equity franchise, owning key portfolio relationships while partnering with regional offices across Asia, including Singapore, Hong Kong, and Mumbai, to pursue cross-border opportunities and help high-growth Japanese companies scale and create long-term value. We would also consider a Senior Associate level hire assuming that person demonstrated the capability to grow into a VP role in the short term.
