About the role

BCBA Clinical Manager (75% Remote) - Join the Behavioral Health Works Team! Expected hours: This is a part time role with at least 50-55 hours a month. What We're About We specialize in personalized ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our collaborative teams of BCBAs, supervisors, and technicians work closely with families to create treatment plans that truly fit each child. Your Role As a BCBA Clinical Manager , you'll lead the clinical side of care - developing and overseeing ABA treatment plans, mentoring behavior technicians and case supervisors, and guiding families through meaningful progress. You'll partner closely with the Clinical Director while helping shape high-quality, compassionate services for every client.
