Senior BIM Designer

Requirements

• ITE/Diploma from recognized institution
• Preferably with minimum 6 years of civil/ structural experience in engineering design consulting.
• Those with a BIM certificates or diploma will have added advantage
• Those with good working knowledge on BIM production from a contractor's background would be favourably considered.
• Good leadership skills
• Ability to harness BIM software/tools to improve productivity and an open mind inexploring different BIM tools
• Good and proven cadfile / model management skills
• Able to understand and appreciate the importance of workflow in drawings production
• Able to interpret design intent and translate into CAD or BIM
• Able to work under pressure with good time management skill
