Torch Technologies is seeking a Management and Support Specialist (Program Manager) to support our Design for Reliability and Manufacturing team within the System Program Office (SPO). As a Management and Support Specialist (Program Manager), your duties will include the following, but are not limited to: Assist the Integrated Product Team (IPT) Lead and Deputy in executing acquisition and development efforts. Collaborate with scheduling personnel to maintain program timelines. Review program integration plans and deliverables schedules. Facilitate all virtual (VTC/Teams) and in-person meetings, including scheduling, technical setup, and logistical support for travel. Coordinate and support technical interchange meetings (TIMs), ensuring effective communication and collaboration between stakeholders. Support weekly synchronization meetings, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and tracking action items. Provide general administrative support. Maintain and align schedules and battle rhythms to ensure timely delivery of capabilities. Monitor overall IPT health and recommend actions for improvement. Facilitate day-to-day IPT operations, ensuring efforts, tasks, activities, and obligations are met on time with high standards of quality and efficiency. Support the IPT with timely communication and reporting of status, schedule adherence, and generation of mitigations for emerging issues. Lead efforts to monitor and maintain program budgets, schedules, and deliverables in alignment with contract requirements. Coordinate across internal teams, contractors, and suppliers for security, status, meetings and telecoms. Support strategic planning efforts and taskings. Draft, review, and update various DoW acquisition documentation. Support development and review of RFP-related products, including Statements of Work (SOWs) and Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs). Represents the IPT at program office Risk Boards, Configuration Control Boards, Material Review Boards, Contract Data Requirement Documentation and at various contractor meetings, management reviews and engagements to include supplier assessments and surveillance. Required Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or equivalent discipline. At least 3 years in program management experience or equivalent. Proven experience managing weapon system programs. Strong working knowledge of DoW acquisition processes, staffing coordination, and performance management best practices. Proven experience in a coordination or support role. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficiency in virtual meeting platforms (e.g., VTC, Teams) and standard office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). Experience with coordination with DoW entities such as DCMA and OSD. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Must hold an active DoD Secret security clearance (required at hire). This position requires candidates to possess a current Secret security clearance to access classified information. Inability to obtain a TS security clearance may result in a candidate being ineligible for this position. Preferred Skills: Experience in supply chain management, reliability, quality or manufacturing. Ability to manage multiple tasks supporting various projects. Ability to work within a team environment of different skillsets and engineering disciplines. Experience preparing technical reports and briefs. Knowledge of Government Regulations and Standards; particularly DoDI 5000.02 and related guidance. Nuclear weapon experience is highly desired. DoW TS clearance or TS/SCI is preferred.
