Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of quality activities across new product introduction (NPI) programmes
  • Assist with APQP and PPAP activities, including documentation and submission support

Requirements

  • Experience in a quality, manufacturing, or engineering environment
  • Exposure to APQP, PPAP, or structured quality planning methods (experience can be developing), but a basic understanding is required.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
  • Awareness of quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, root cause analysis
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams
  • Ability to manage workload and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Desirable
  • Experience within aerospace or other regulated industries (e.g. automotive, medical)
  • Knowledge of AS9100, IATF16949, or similar quality standards
  • Exposure to NPI or production support activities
  • Familiarity with problem-solving tools (e.g. 8D, RCCA)
