Key Skills: - TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VLAN - Palo Alto, Cisco Switches & Routers - Firewall Monitoring - DNS, DHCP, VPN - SolarWinds, PRTG, Nagios or similar monitoring tools - ITIL Incident & Change Management - Basic Network Security Concepts - Documentation and Reporting - Certifications Preferred: - Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) - CompTIA Network+ - ITIL Foundation Key Requirement: - Singapore / PR / EP - Experience: 1-3 Years - Well versed with Palo Alto and Network Infrastructure
