Technology Training Team Full-time, permanent with Base salary will be in the range $97,268 - $104,348 + 17% super (HEW Level 6) Based at our Vibrant St Lucia Campus About This Opportunity The Library is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic trainer to join the Technology Training team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality training and support for University staff and students. We are looking for a versatile individual with experience, knowledge, or a strong interest in Microsoft 365, Generative AI, Adobe Creative Cloud, Python, and other digital tools that support learning, teaching, research, and professional development. Key responsibilities will include: Develop and deliver a program of online and face-to-face training courses for University staff(via the University Staff development Program) and UQ students in technologies that support a range of digital capabilities. Develop and deliver a program of face-to-face and online training courses for Library staff as part of the Library's staff development program to support the development and maintenance of digital capabilities. Monitor, evaluate and report on the effectiveness of identified staff and student training programs, including externally produced online training programs and those delivered by the Library, through the application of quality assessment procedures, client feedback and program assessment. Participate in teams responsible for the implementation of technology projects and develop documentation related to environmental changes in the Library's IT infrastructure. Provide expert support and assistance to staff and students in troubleshooting application issues and offering guidance on projects or tasks. About You Develop and deliver a program of online and face-to face training courses for University staff and UQ students in technologies that support a range of digital literacies. Excellent interpersonal, communication and consultative skills. Demonstrated commitment to the provision of timely and responsive client service.
