We're seeking an Executive Assistant to support two Directors leading critical initiatives in network optimization and transportation execution. In this role, you'll enable leadership effectiveness in a fast-paced environment where your organizational excellence directly impacts our ability to deliver for millions of customers. This is an opportunity to work at the intersection of logistics innovation and operational scale, supporting leaders who are shaping the future of Amazon's transportation network. Key job responsibilities - Manage multiple complex calendars with competing priorities across time zones, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing executive time allocation - Coordinate comprehensive domestic and international travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries - Plan and execute team events, offsites, quarterly all-hands meetings, and leadership summits of varying sizes (10-200+ attendees) - Serve as a trusted liaison between Directors and internal/external stakeholders across NATS, Global Logistics, and cross-functional partner teams - Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion, including organizational changes, strategic initiatives, and personnel matters - Build and maintain strong working relationships across the NATS organization and broader Transportation Services teams - Support meeting preparation including agenda creation, materials coordination, and follow-up action tracking A day in the life You'll start your day reviewing calendars across multiple time zones, proactively identifying and resolving conflicts before they impact your Directors' schedules. You'll coordinate with stakeholders to prepare materials for leadership meetings, manage travel logistics for upcoming network planning offsites, and support event planning for quarterly team gatherings. You'll work closely with a collaborative network of Executive Assistants across Transportation Services who support each other's growth and share best practices. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will directly enable your Directors to focus on strategic priorities like network optimization, carrier relationships, and launching new transportation technologies that serve millions of customers daily.
