Responsibilities

  • Lead and own the team's AI generation capability: image, motion, animation, video, voice, and audio
  • Build and maintain the team's prompt library and generation frameworks: the reference system others work from for brand-consistent, campaign-ready AI output
  • Set and uphold the AI output quality standard: evaluate all AI-generated assets against creative, brand, and brief requirements before they enter the production pipeline
  • Generate brand-aligned digital imagery using AI from established and self-authored prompt frameworks
  • Produce animated static variants: image-to-video, product motion, text animation, and background movement for digital ad formats
  • Create motion graphics and short-form video for Meta, Instagram, and display using AI, generating, editing, and compositing to production standard
  • Produce AI voiceover for video assets: voice selection, tone, pacing, and language variants
  • Generate AI music and audio beds matched to campaign creative direction
  • Ensure outputs are platform-ready, visually consistent, and aligned to campaign specifications and brand guidelines
  • Maintain and contribute to the team's AI prompt library, workflows, style references, and generation standards
  • Stay current on AI tool developments relevant to brand and ad production; evaluate new tools and bring recommendations to the team
  • Guide and upskill the wider production team on AI generation tools and best practices
  • Undertake other duties, responsibilities, and projects as assigned by the supervisor or management, in line with evolving business and operational needs

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of experience spanning creative or digital design production and AI-assisted content creation; portfolio must show campaign-ready digital ad output, not AI experimentation
  • Strong creative and design foundation: solid grounding in layout, visual composition, and what makes a commercially effective ad
  • Experience producing creatives for sales campaigns, festive campaigns, product launches, and promotional events
  • Experience working in agency, in-house, or commercially driven campaign production environments
  • Solid understanding of digital ad composition, visual storytelling, and motion pacing
  • Experience with AI image generation workflows, including precise prompt writing, visual consistency, and iterative asset creation using tools such as OpenAI, Gemini, Midjourney or equivalent platforms.
  • Working proficiency in AI video and motion generation tools such as Kling, Runway, Veo, Seedance, or similar platforms for short-form digital content production.
  • Experience with AI audio workflows, including music generation, voice selection, pacing, tone, and audio refinement using tools such as ElevenLabs, Suno or equivalent platforms.
  • Able to generate, refine, and assemble campaign-ready creative assets independently
  • Experience maintaining visual consistency and brand alignment across generated assets
  • Strong creative judgment: evaluates AI output against layout, brand, and brief standards, not just technical output quality
  • Understanding of AI tool commercial licensing for brand use
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop
  • Experience using Adobe Firefly and AI-assisted workflows
  • After Effects or motion graphics knowledge is an advantage
  • Familiarity with ad automation and dynamic creative workflows is an advantage
  • Print collateral production awareness is an advantage
