Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and email
- Understand clients' requirements and recommend suitable yachts based on their group size, occasion, and budget
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and booking confirmations
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Coordinate with yacht crews, vendors, and the operations team to ensure smooth charter arrangements

- Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply - training and mentorship will be provided
- Candidates with prior experience in sales, hospitality, events, luxury services, or customer service will have an advantage
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with our diverse clientele (ability to converse confidently in Mandarin is a strong advantage)
- Friendly, confident, and customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- A fast learner with good problem-solving ability and adaptability
- Responsible, self-disciplined, and able to work independently in a work-from-home environment
- Able to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks
- Flexible and able to manage last-minute requests in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to travel to marinas for client yacht viewings when required
- Comfortable using mobile and digital tools such as WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and other online platforms
