Change Analyst

About the role

Overview of the Role The Change Analyst will support a large-scale transformation and transition program comprising initiatives across business, technology, operations, and enterprise change streams. The role is responsible for conducting detailed change impact assessments, supporting business readiness activities, contributing to training and communications planning, and assisting with stakeholder engagement activities across multiple concurrent initiatives. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed change impact assessments across multiple initiatives Document and maintain change impact registers and assessment artefacts Support user scenario mapping and business journey analysis Contribute to initiative-level change planning and execution activities Contribute to Training Needs Analysis (TNA) activities Identify capability uplift requirements for impacted user groups Support the development of role-based learning recommendations Collaborate with instructional designers and training teams to align learning interventions with identified impacts Maintain change documentation and reporting artefacts Ensure consistency with established templates, frameworks, and methodologies Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst within large-scale transformation programs Proven capability in conducting detailed change impact assessments independently Experience supporting organizational change across technology and business initiatives Strong understanding of change management methodologies and frameworks Experience working alongside Business Analysts and project delivery teams Experience supporting training and communications activities within change programs Strong analytical and problem-solving capability Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Strong documentation and facilitation skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently High attention to detail and strong organizational skills 500K per incident HMO coverage + Dental & Optical benefits 2-week paid Christmas vacation Electricity & Data subsidies 25K Educational Assistance Training and equipment will be provided Fixed Schedule of Mon-Fri from 7 AM to 4 PM
