Digital Solutions Business Analyst - Systems & Transformation Specialist #HDC

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, operational challenges, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, workflows, functional specifications, and user stories.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimisation of business systems and digital solutions.
• Manage user access, system administration activities, and onboarding processes.
• Prepare and analyse reports to provide insights that support business decision-making.
• Act as a key liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in digital transformation initiatives, system evaluations, and Proof of Concept (POC) projects.
• Develop user guides, process documentation, and training materials to encourage effective system adoption.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and change management efforts across the organisation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience in business analysis, systems support, IT operations, process improvement, or digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with requirements gathering, process mapping, documentation, or system administration will be advantageous.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
