Job Description You will be support ing the Commercial Operations team on Opex and Capex work s at CapitaSky .

Responsibilities

  • Manage contractors' performance, raise work orders, certify work completion and handle contract administration work
  • Attend site inspections, supervise, and liaise with contractors on maintenance/upgrading and works at buildings
  • Prepare inspection report s / checklists for performance-based term contracts
  • Obtain quotations for ad-hoc repair and seek the management 's approval as necessary
  • Maintain building operation manuals and any records relating to the buildings
  • Handover and takeover of premise, administer the Additions & Alterations (A&A) works and ensure work completion is in accordance with A&A Permits and relevant governmental requirements at buildings as assigned
  • Assist to coordinate events such as fire drills and all other exercises
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Facilities Management , or any other related disciplines
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint , and Excel
  • Able to multitask and deliver work on time and accurately
  • Good written and oral communication skills
