- Organizational Development & Learning

- Design career pathing and internal mobility frameworks that improve retention and cross-functional collaboration.
- Partner with functional leaders to identify organizational design needs and lead restructuring efforts as the business evolves.
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior CHRO, VP of People, or equivalent role.
- Demonstrated success scaling a people function through rapid headcount growth in a tech-forward environment.
- Track record of building and developing high-performing HR teams and operating as a true business partner at the C-suite level.
- Deep expertise across the full HR lifecycle: talent acquisition, total rewards, organizational development, employee relations, and HR technology.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust quickly with diverse audiences including engineers, executives, and board members.
