About the role
As the Property Executive(M&E), you'll be the go-to person for all things related to the upkeep andoptimization of facilities under your care. - Implement energy-saving and water conservation initiatives to align with the sustainability goals.
- Lead risk management, emergency planning, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Prepare monthly reports, attend client meetings, and provide updates on facility operations.
Requirements
- Hold a Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field.
- Bring at least 5 years of experience in property management / facilities maintenance / equipment management.
- Highly preferred someone who possess relevant professional certifications such as FSM, Green Mark, ZWM, WEM, SIFMA Tier 1-4, IFMA, or SCEM.
- Skilled in customer service, with strong communication abilities.
- Knowledgeable about complex technical issues related to building maintenance and eager to propose innovative solutions.
