[PERMANENT] Sales Advisor - High Commission & Incentives

Responsibilities

• Sales Growth: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through active promotion and upselling.
• Customer Advisory: Provide high-quality, personalized recommendations based on individual customer needs.
• Showroom Excellence: Maintain premium store standards, including visual merchandising and inventory.
• Merit-Based Requirements:
• Open to Singaporeans or Permanent Residents (PR) only.
• Experience: Previous retail sales experience is required; background in mattresses or home furnishing is highly preferred.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Availability: Flexible to work 5.5 days (44 hours/week) , including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Remuneration & Benefits:
• Status: Full-Time, Permanent Position.
• Monthly Pay: $3,500 - $5,000 (Basic $2,200 + Uncapped Commission + Incentives).
