As a Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, managing workflow, and driving quality repairs. If you're a certified Heavy Equipment Technician with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service, this is your chance to lead our front lines! This position is a 14 x 14 shift. Job Description: Lead and promote a healthy and safe work environment, ensuring compliance with all safety standards and policies. Facilitate pre-job, mid-job, and post-job reviews to ensure safety and quality at every stage. Manage and measure technician productivity, ensuring efficient allocation of manpower and resources. Conduct performance conversations and provide regular feedback to help technicians grow and excel. Maintain high standards with daily time and service reports, cross-over reports, and field-to-shop transfers. Determine appropriate tooling for jobs and navigate the warranty process with expertise. Review inspection findings and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures. Day-to-Day Activities: Monitor shop floor operations to ensure safety and quality standards are met. Engage with technicians to resolve technical and tooling issues promptly. Track KPIs related to productivity, safety, and customer satisfaction. Conduct toolbox talks and safety meetings. Ensure accurate completion of timecards and service documentation.
