- Complete manufacturer and dealership training to stay current on Buick & GMC vehicle technology and service standards.
- Motivate, mentor and manage a team of automotive technicians effectively, including junior and apprentice auto techs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Communicate effectively with service advisors to ensure customers are informed about repairs and the status of their vehicles.
