Human Resources Manager

Requirements

• You're an experienced HR professional who enjoys building strong relationships, improving processes, and supporting people at all levels of the business.
• You'll bring:
• 3-5+ years' experience in Human Resources or a similar HR leadership role
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment legislation, and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Confidence handling sensitive and confidential matters with discretion
• Experience using HRIS systems and Microsoft Office
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar
• HR certifications (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP etc.) highly regarded but not essential

You'll be the go-to person for employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and people processes - helping create a high-performance, values-driven culture where people can thrive.
