The Accounting Clerk I - Associate is responsible for verifying accuracy, coding, and entering invoices into the Accounts Receivable in a timely and efficient manner. ESSENTIAL DUTIES Support in financial, accounting and tax tasks. Assist in bank and other account reconciliations. Billing support. Assist in processing and verifying import documents Organize physical and electronic files. Check the supplier's invoices with the purchase order and the receipt record transaction in the ERP system. Ensuring compliance with internal and external controls, including IRS, Sarbanes-Oxley and Sales Tax of the relevant States. Assist in accounts payable and supplier audit projects. Perform other duties as assigned. POSITION REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS Post high school accounting education desirable. Experience with Oracle, ERP system desirable and knowledge of preparing invoices.
