Responsibilities

• Own the functional planning, design, and requirements management for CRM product lines (e.g., customer service back-office systems, Salesforce), covering both consumer-facing features and their corresponding management consoles.
• Work closely with internal business teams to build and maintain CRM and business workflow systems, taking full ownership of delivery outcomes and business satisfaction.
• Explore and implement AI capabilities within the company's CRM and other product ecosystems to drive improvements in internal operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with strong communication and coordination skills.
• Proficient in prototyping tools such as Axure and Mockplus, as well as process and mind-mapping tools such as Visio and MindManager. Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality PRD documentation that clearly articulates product logic and feature details.
• Prior experience building or successfully launching AI-powered products is a plus.
