Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets for group rooms, transient group pickups, and meeting/banquet space rental and catering revenues.
- Prospect, develop and close new business across corporate, association, MICE, weddings, social events
- Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, site inspections, proposals, contract negotiation, and post-booking liaison to ensure successful delivery.
- Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts, third-party planners, corporate clients, travel agents and event agencies.
- Conduct regular sales calls, client visits, and networking to build pipeline and market presence.
- Coordinate and execute site inspections and familiarization (FAM) trips with clients and partners.

- Prepare and submit timely, accurate proposals, contracts, function sheets, and correspondence; ensure all reservations and details are communicated to Reservations, Front Office, Catering, and Banqueting teams.
- Maintain an up-to-date sales pipeline and accurate forecasts; provide weekly/monthly reports on activity, leads, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Participate in trade shows, sales missions, and local business networking; organise and host client events and property showcases as required.
- Monitor competitor activity, market trends and local demand drivers; recommend targeted promotions and packages.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through proactive account management and by coordinating seamless event execution with operations teams
