Your Role We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to help enhance our training efforts across our suite of products. We need someone who's passionate about our customers getting the most out of their subscriptions. As an Implementation Consultant you'll be focused on our key professional customers across Ita-Meds, Balkans & Middle East acting as a subject matter expert for our Analysis products like Sportscode to level up users. In this position, you'll: Be a strong communicator . You'll constantly push for alignment between the Sales team and customers on both short and long term goals. Educate customers . You'll take the initiative to understand a customer's workflows and make sure they're set up for success with our products. Be the voice of the customers . You'll understand the needs of our elite customers, provide product feedback directly to our team, and work closely with customers to exceed their expectations. Collaborate. You'll work closely with Support, Sales and Education in order to surface customer insights and execute on the strategy for customer training and onboarding. For this role, we're currently considering candidates who live within a commuting distance of our office in Barcelona.
