Job Description We're looking for a highly motivated Customer Service Advisor to complement our fantastic team in our Property Management Centre in Llandudno. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will provide property management and tenancy administration support services to branches, landlords and tenants. You will also co-ordinate and liaise with contractors to ensure repair/maintenance works are carrier out in time and to agreed standards and co-ordinate and arrange relevant statutory safety checks. Skills and experience required to be a successful Customer Service Advisor: Outstanding Customer Service skills Solid administration skills Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented Organised and able to prioritise workload in a faced paced environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
