Project Engineer

About the role

Roles & Responsibilities Oversee site activities to ensure construction progress aligns with project schedules and specifications. Interpret and review construction drawings, ensuring compliance with design plans and standards. Monitor workmanship and materials to meet regulatory and project quality requirements. Enforce workplace health and safety regulations, conducting site inspections to ensure compliance. Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and consultants to resolve technical and operational issues. Assist in managing project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effectiveness. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and necessary documentation per ISO standards. Identify and address construction challenges, providing timely solutions to keep the project on track. Any other duties assigned by the company from time to time. Job Requirements: PEB recognised Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project management or a similar role. Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD). Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
