  • Strong organizational, planning, and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and coordinate workflow effectively.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and provide clear direction to team members.
  • Ability to foster a positive team environment while working collaboratively with production, quality, supply chain, and management personnel.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment. Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification is preferred.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move materials throughout the workday, including lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

As an Inventory Shipping & Receiving Lead you will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, safety, and compliance with company procedures. This role provides leadership and guidance to warehouse personnel, coordinates material movement throughout the facility, maintains inventory integrity, and supports production operations by ensuring the timely receipt, storage, and shipment of materials and finished goods.
