Job Description: Mars Wrigley - Machine Operator- Elizabethtown, PA Pay: Based on experience starting at $24.10/hour+ and $2/hour shift premium This site manufactures DOVE chocolate Current Shift Schedule (2026) Shift: 2nd (Afternoon) Schedule: Monday- Friday Hours: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PM (flexible pending business needs) Future Shift Schedule (2027): Transition to a 12-hour night or day shift schedule (Further details will be provided Description of Role: Machine Operators (Team Members) function as an expert member of a manufacturing area team responsible for the efficient production of quality products. What are we looking for? Minimum Requirements: High school diploma, GED or equivalent education 1+ years' experience in manufacturing Proficiency in software systems including MS Office and e-mail Physical Requirements: Perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation. Frequent lifting/carrying (10-50 lbs) and pushing/pulling (50-300 lbs) Frequent bending, stooping, twisting, handling, and gripping. Ability to work at elevated heights, climb stairs, lean over equipment, and operate in confined spaces. Ability to stand and work on feet for extended periods, with shifts lasting 12 hours Capable of working in non-climate-controlled areas including hot, cold and wet conditions. Proficient in understanding, communicating, reading, and writing in English.
