Responsibilities
- Prepare reliable and accurate budgets and forecasts in close collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams - follow up on forecasts and ensure the appropriate gap analysis.

- Prepare ad hoc in-depth financial analysis for markets and management.
- Identify gaps in existing tools & processes to optimize and facilitate the improvement of these areas
- Finance responsible on the Singapore Asia Production Execution Hub
- Handle local finance tasks, with the help of the local team (eg. Bank transaction posting & checking, booking of local payroll)
- Contact person for Local authorities (tax etc.)
- Contact person for Bang & Olufsen group functions
- What you bring
- We are primarily seeking someone with the financial 'tool-box' and experience as a Finance Manager/ Business Controller. Additionally, this person needs to be a comprehensive communicator, able to translate financial data to a wide range of stakeholders internationally.
- Moreover, you bring:
- More than 5 years of experience within Business Controlling, Financial Controlling or Financial Planning & Analysis
- Experience as a proactive financial partner within Consumer Products in the Luxury Space
- Comprehensive communication skills - and ability to communicate with multi cultural stakeholders with varying degrees of financial knowledge
- Highly collaborative, proactively working with colleagues across various functions and cultural backgrounds
- Flexible and responsive, able to navigate ambiguity
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- M.Sc. or B.Sc. degree in economics, finance or a related field
- IT skills - working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and PowerBI. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage but is not a prerequisite for the position
