Job Overview The Compliance Advisor I position provides support for all operations and initiatives critical to enterprise-wide Compliance Program needs. This position supports compliance and potential privacy functions, which include, but are not limited to, preparation for, and coordination of regulatory and other external audits, investigation and response to allegations of non-compliance, implementation of training plans, policy and procedure drafting and maintenance, general project support, and auditing and monitoring, through effective partnerships with business unit stakeholders. This position coordinates, investigates, and responds to routine compliance inquiries of low to moderate complexity with supervision. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in healthcare, hospital, public, or business administration, preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience. Minimum 1 year of experience working in a healthcare discipline with experience or involvement in compliance functions preferred.
