- Ensure maintenance activities meet OEM standards, plant EHS rules, and regulatory obligations.

- Ensure preventive maintenance plans are executed with high compliance.
- Monitor breakdown trends, MTBF, MTTR, and downtime KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability, availability, and maintainability.

Requirements
- Strong working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Understanding of General Assembly:
- o Conveyors, ovens, pumps, fans, booths, and utilities
- o PLC-based systems, industrial robots, and safety circuits
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control logic.
