About the role
The Capital Partners Project Coordinator supports the delivery of cross-functional projects and programs across the full project lifecycle. This role is responsible for coordinating project activities, maintaining plans and documentation, tracking risks and issues, and ensuring smooth execution against defined goals, timelines, and budgets. The Project Coordinator works with stakeholders to understand business and technology objectives, support scope definition and deliverables, assist with resource planning and tracking, and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the lifecycle of each initiative. In our team, you will be responsible for: Coordinate strategic program development, planning, and end-to-end project execution Partner with product and discipline owners to define business cases, budgets, and delivery plans Ensure alignment of project scope, objectives, and deliverables with program strategy and business priorities Build and maintain integrated plans across schedules, resources, and estimates Identify risks, dependencies, and critical path activities, implementing mitigation strategies early Lead execution of complex projects from requirements through delivery and production readiness Manage budgets, resources, timelines, and change control to ensure successful outcomes Facilitate collaboration across stakeholders and align teams around shared goals and priorities Provide clear status reporting, insights, and decision support to sponsors and stakeholders Apply best practices in project management (incl. Agile/Scrum), supporting team structure, ceremonies, and effective delivery
Requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including leadership and internal project teams
- Communicate proactively to align expectations, business goals, and provide timely updates
- Present project and program updates to leadership and oversight forums
- Ensure compliance with project standards, documentation, and SDLC requirements
- Identify and drive improvements in team effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 5 years in project environments
- Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and methodologies
- Experience with tools such as CA PPM, Monday.com, MS Project, Jira, Confluence, and MS Office
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, risk management, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize, adapt, and deliver in fast-paced environments, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
