Responsibilities

  • Own and oversee the control framework supporting NAV oversight activities, including review of TPA reporting and validation of key controls to ensure NAVs are produced accurately and within required timelines.

  • Identify and implement enhancements to oversight frameworks, controls, and operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Lead periodic due diligence reviews of TPAs, assessing control environments, operational resilience, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Proven Experience in asset management, fund administration, or NAV oversight. Proven Experience overseeing TPAs or fund service providers. Experience across complex asset classes (e.g. bank loans, real estate) preferred.
  • Proven experience in reviewing fund documentation, including prospectuses, SLAs, and operating models.
  • Experience participating in or leading due diligence reviews and service governance.
  • Understanding of NAV calculation processes and key drivers, including pricing, FX, and hedging.
  • Good knowledge of the asset management operating model, including Transfer Agency, Custody, Risk, and Compliance.
  • Understanding of the Luxembourg regulatory environment, including UCITS, AIFM, and CSSF expectations.
  • Advanced Excel skills are an advantage; VBA knowledge is beneficial.
  • Understanding of oversight frameworks and control environments.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related discipline; relevant professional qualification preferred.
  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under pressure.
  • Interpersonal and communication skills, and able to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a positive approach to change management and process improvement.
  • Methodical, well organised, and highly detail-oriented, with a strong focus on control, accuracy, and delivery quality.
